Two Suffolk police officers were injured in North Belmore on Wednesday night in a non-life-threatening clash with another vehicle on duty, officials said.
According to police, police officers were treated for being injured at Stony Brook University Hospital.
According to police, drivers of other vehicles were treated at Long Island Community Hospital for injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening. The identities of officers and other drivers were not disclosed.
Officials said the crash occurred on County Route 101 near Harrison Avenue at around 9:50 pm.
No other information was immediately available.
